Are you considering selling your house? Or just thinking of making some minor changes? This article will show you some house renovations that will not cost you tons of money

We found that there's a huge need in the market for renovations that will not break your bank and your pocket, and so we put together a team of professionals where we’ll share with you the most important things to do in your house that will cause it to sell for top dollar.

6 SIMPLE HOUSE RENOVATIONS

Here are the six things that are crucial but you can mix and match whatever you think would be best.

Start by lifting a kitchen. Keep in mind, that kitchens and bathrooms are the number one thing that people look at first when they move into a new house

STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES

There are a lot of places where you can find really good deals on brand-new stainless steel appliances that won't cost you too much.

In fact, there are companies who will lift a kitchen completely.

COUNTERTOPS

Use granite or quartz, which is a lot less expensive than you might think. Quartz for instance ranges between $40-$100. We've been very successful using Level 1 Granite for some renovations and it looks amazing.

KITCHEN CABINETS

You can paint them or in some homes, they put light below the cabinets giving it a good lighting effect.

We recommend that you reuse the same cabinets you already have if there is no budget for brand new cabinets.

Just give them a new paint color and some nice stainless steel or brushed nickel handles. A super-efficient solution!

BONUS TIP: In regards to your kitchen, get rid of the cultural marble, which is a total turn-off for most buyers today.

PAINT WITH NEUTRAL COLORS.

If you’re selling your house, use neutral colors. Why? Because people come into a house thinking about how their things are going to fit into the space.

And neutral colors give an incredible visual effect.

One time, we visited a house where each room and each space has a different color. And it is not good in the eyes.

Painting your house with a neutral color is just stunning. It makes your house look clean, especially if you have a white ceiling and neutral color on the walls.

BONUS TIP: Do not forget your baseboards. Always clean your baseboards. If they are not in a good state, just repaint them! And you can do it in no time.

Another very inexpensive thing, to make your house look smart, modern, and high-tech is by using,

VIDEO DOORBELLS.

It’s a doorbell that has a camera installed on it. You can also install smart thermostats.

If you do this, it will really help a lot for buyers to give them the impression that this house or property is modern and updated.

BONUS TIP: Combine them with LED bulbs!

This is the last thing that is very important to take note of.

CARPET

This is still the most inexpensive way to cover a floor.

If you have worn-down carpets, try washing or having them cleaned. But if it’s not going back to the way it was, think about the possibility of replacing it with a new one.

As mentioned, carpet goes a long way and it's not as expensive as you might think.
